Futu[RE]ady

We take pride in our accredited flagship Futu[RE]ady Centre of Excellence which operates on a strategic partnership model with your educational institution or organisation.
This is first-of-its-kind Futu[RE]ady CoE in association with your institution/company in a micro-campus within your institution/organisation measuring ~200-500 sq. ft. space. The CoE will be managed completely by us without you having to worry about day-to-day functional and administrative matters.

The Centre of Excellence (CoE) will offer customised leadership programs developed in consultation with the institution or organisation – designed for school, college and university students, as well as for young salaried, self-employed and business professionals.

The CoE micro-campus will be professional branded, hygienically maintained and aesthetically designed with large screen LED TV, laptop, audio-visual setup, seating arrangement as per Covid norms, white boards, refreshment zone and other facilities.

The aspiring leaders are taken through a blended learning programs ranging from 3/5 days workshop to six months masters’ programs – to nurture, mentor, coach and prepare them to take on leadership positions in future and make an impactful difference to the world.

For Teen Leaders and Young Leaders Programs, the faculty will comprise of eminent education administrators, master trainers, career coaches and behavioural experts.

For Professional Leaders Programs, the faculty will comprise of renowned corporate and business leaders, global leadership trainers, coaches and behavioural experts.
The content and curriculum will be designed based on discussion and active consultation with the Institution / Organisation / Department Head along with HR, L&D and other designated officials of the institution / organisation, assisted by our inhouse content curation expert team with 100+ years of collective experience.
The content and curriculum specifically emphasise on incorporating global best practices and used cases, emerging trends and methodologies, published research work by experts, career focused customisation, cutting edge technologies and more.
The sessions will be conducted based on learners playing an active role – facilitated by live interactions, mock sessions, group discussions, role plays and presentations.
Each batch is limited to 15-20 participants – to ensure that there is adequate scope for engagement, interaction and alignment amongst faculty, coach, and participants.
